As you can see from this comment, this user has come back and hasn't learned their lesson, for they continue to be disruptive to the community. This time through being rude instead of just vandalizing a page. Be aware of this user.
If they appear to continue acting too disruptive to this community, it is suggested that once this community becomes adopted or the original moderators come back that this user gets banned. I can see this user is passionate about 44 Cats and may just be confused about Lampo's gender, so if it were up to me, I may consider giving this user a chance to turn their behavior around and accept that there's no official evidence backed up by the episodes or by Rainbow that Lampo isn't a male. I haven't really seen any confirmation that Lampo isn't, say, non-binary or transgender, but considering how this is a pretty simple kids' show, I think the boyish fashion doesn't make Lampo on the non-binary spectrum or a tomboyish lady or even a trans male AFAB, it probably makes Lampo a boy. I don't want to go back and check for instances where people refer to Lampo in third person using pronouns, but then again even pronouns don't guarantee gender in this day and age, though for the sake of not complicating things too much pronouns and overall appearance (like sense of fashion or voice) will define the gender (he/him pronouns, boyish fashion, and doing more boyish things = we assume it's a boy in this case) unless Rainbow or the episodes reveal that a character is transgender, a coincidentally boyish female, or non-binary. So yeah, let's stick with that Lampo is a cis boy for now based off of his baseball cap and voice if and until Rainbow or the episodes say he's a trans boy, non-binary, or actually a female.
