Winston is the main villain of 44 Cats. He loves to catch cats and lives in a huge, luxurious villa. In his villa is a locator that tells him where the cats are. Winston despises both the Buffycats and their unsightly house, which he is constantly trying to have torn down, never with any success since the Buffycats always thwart his schemes.
Even though Winston hates most cats, he does have a pet cat of his own: Boss.
